Executive Bios
Doug Gorder, Executive Vice President
EVP Doug Gorder co-founded Vigilos in 2000 following fifteen years of successfully
managing finance and operations for large and small enterprises, including
IBM, U.S. WEST, Aldus Corporation, The Cobalt Group and Toll Free Cellular.
In 1995, he co-founded The Cobalt Group, a leading provider of Internet
and data management services to the automotive industry. Under Doug's financial
leadership as CFO, The Cobalt Group and Toll Free Cellular raised over $25
million in venture capital. Most recently, he managed a consulting practice,
in which he provided financial and strategy advisory services for high-tech
startups, raising over $50 million in equity financing for his clients.
Doug holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University
and a MBA in Finance and MIS from the University of Washington.
