Executive Bios
Scott Ellis, Vice President of Operations
Scott Ellis brings to Vigilos a proven track record of successfully formulating
and implementing operational infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Vigilos,
Scott led the Operations Group at greatfood.com, an e-commerce leader in
the online gourmet food market, where he managed all aspects of the supply
chain, vendor management and customer service. At greatfood.com, Scott spearheaded
the transition to SAP's R3 ERP system, and successfully scaled operations
to support annual growth of 600% in the three years prior to the company's
acquisition by 1800flowers.com. From 1990 through 1997, he was Director
of Operations at UniSea, a Seattle-based food processing company, where
he had P&L responsibility for the company's largest production division,
which generated annual revenues in excess of $90 million. Scott holds a
BA in International Trade and Foreign Investment from the University of
Washington.
