Geoffrey Barker, Chairman & CEO

Vigilos is the second company Geof Barker has founded and led. In 1995, he co-founded The Cobalt Group, Inc., a leading provider of Internet and data management services to the automotive industry. As co-CEO, Geof managed the company through a successful IPO and several years of consistent client and revenue growth. Prior to that, Geof was Vice President of Business Development for IVI Publishing, a developer of multimedia software. He brings a strong foundation in the financial industry, having worked several years as an investment banker with Piper Jaffray and Salomon Brothers Inc. Geof holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University and a MBA from Columbia University.
