Vigilos Secures new BrightSite customer
SEATTLE – January 19, 2007 – Vigilos announced today they have secured an agreement with Equity Office Properties to apply, through their security officer partner ABM, BrightSite technology to five downtown Seattle office buildings. The agreement allows EOP’s security staff to add a layer of intelligence to their existing security systems, allowing more guards to actively “rove” with information at their fingertips. With BrightSite, alarms can be filtered for severity, and automated responses developed to reduce time to resolve outstanding alarms and security related issues. Under terms of the agreement, EOP pays no up front capital to install the software. Instead, they pay a flat monthly fee, which is less than their current security spend rate, making the BrightSite solution cost effective while improving the overall security of over 3.5 million square feet of Class A office builds.
